Resources for Cursive Handwriting (and calligraphy if you’re ready!)

When I taught third grade, cursive was included in the curriculum. Sadly, that is no longer the case! I know there are plenty of eager kids out there who still want to learn how to write cursive. I reached out to Tamara Stoneburner, President of the Washington Calligraphers Guild, to find out what THE best cursive handwriting resources are for kids today. They are listed below. I have also provided links to free printable worksheets, children’s books written entirely in cursive and a link to an intro to calligraphy kit for kids. (note: I highly recommend mastering cursive before getting into calligraphy)
